BSH Customer Service was honored and pleased to award our top authorized service partners for their high performance standards at the annual USA-ASTI (United Servicers Association – Annual Service Training Institute, ASTI) convention in San Diego, California.
The award selection process was competitive and based on data collected for each service visit performed by our service partners. This data reflected each service partner’s achievement of particular service metrics, such as…

Fifteen regional winners were announced and celebrated during the USA-ASTI grand banquet that all convention participants attended. All fifteen regional winners won a striking glass trophy that symbolized this celebrated achievement, a substantial steak package from Omaha Steaks, a marketing kit to publicize this distinguished title in their community, and the chance to be named the BSH National Service Partner of the Year. The marketing kit was designed to easily broadcast the award to current and potential customers. It included branded items such as van decals, uniform patches, and caps and gold pins for technicians to wear. Congratulations to our regional winners!
